Our Manufacturing Facilities

Aachi’s manufacturing facilities are ISO, HACCP, GMP & HALAL Certified, and comply with Food Safety and Management System (FSMS/ISO 22000:2005). In a year, we manufacture 60,000 metric tonnes of spice powders and mixes. We achieve it with the support of highly qualified technical experts, and equipment with modern technology, in highly hygienic conditions.

Aachi Foods was the first in Asia to use the cutting edge Cold Grinding technology for production of spice powders.This technology helps to retain aroma, taste, colour, essential oils and nutritional benefits, to produce spice powders of the best quality as per expectations of Indian homes. We set up Asia’s first and largest cold grinding technology (German) at our Gummidipoondi plant. It has a processing capacity of around 50,000 metric tonnes of spice powders and spice mixes annually.
