To mitigate these challenges, the Aachi Group, under the strategic leadership of Mr. Padmasingh Isaac, has developed an extensive rural distribution network. With over 4,000 exclusive Aachi distributors, this network transcends conventional supply models, fostering rural entrepreneurship, elevating household incomes, and enhancing educational opportunities.

In partnership with Tennex Consultants, Aachi Group advances skill development programs targeting rural youth in retail and food processing. These initiatives align with the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), promoting sustainable employability and socio-economic transformation.

Aachi Red Revolution

1,000 Acres | 1,000 Farmers | 1 Crore Seedlings.

Strategic foresight from Mr. Padmasingh Isaac, in collaboration with ‘Nallakeerai’ Jagan, has catalyzed a paradigm shift in Tamil Nadu’s red chilli sector. The initiative transformed 1,000 acres in Tiruvallur district into high-yielding farms, equipping 1,000 farmers with one crore seedlings at government-subsidized rates.

Bolstered by barriers, tube wells, sprinklers, and mechanized farming, the program integrates natural cultivation techniques, optimizing yields while securing premium market valuation, ensuring sustainable agricultural and economic resilience.

Women Empowerment

Aachi Group takes profound pride in the fact that 67% of its workforce comprises women, reflecting its commitment to inclusive employment. By integrating women from marginalized backgrounds into roles that necessitate no specialized expertise, Aachi fosters financial autonomy and socio-economic mobility. This initiative uplifts disadvantaged families across rural Chennai. ICI School – Redefining Access to Learning

The Aachi Educational and Research Foundation (AERF), instituted by Mr. Padmasingh Isaac, is dedicated to democratizing pedagogical excellence, ensuring equitable access to scholastic advancement across diverse socio-economic strata.

Aachi Business School

Formerly AIMED, Aachi Business School (ABS) fosters industry-aligned proficiency through pedagogical refinement and skill-driven methodologies.
