All raw materials and packaging are rigorously tested against strict specifications. Continuous, real-time monitoring of production flows is integral to our Quality Assurance framework, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
CQAT supervises ongoing production to uphold Aachi’s exacting standards, recommending process improvements, automation, and facility modernization. Advanced methodologies are employed to detect adulterants, assess ingredient integrity, and identify potential health hazards. Vendor Audits are systematically conducted to ensure collaboration with reputable suppliers.
